On items where you see the Quick-ship logo, we guarantee that we will have your armour boxed and to UPS for shipment to you within 10 business days of receipt of your measurements, address (to figure shipping charges), and payment.
This includes such items as addition of custom wing shapes to your harness, custom rivitwork, leatherwork, powder-coating, and the polish level of your choice!
Some customizations to your harness are exempt from this program, because they are either to detailed (and therefore require too much time) or because we need to send the item out of the shop for some part of the construction process (notably heat-treating). If some elements of your project are ineligible for the quick ship program, we will be sure to inform you of that at the time we are discussing your order.
Just to show you that we're serious about this guarantee. . . if we miss a ship date associated with this program, we will refund 10% of the purchase price to you when we do ship it!
