Shields
& Hilts
We will -happily- customize your shield size and shape to your body size and fighting preferences. We can do rounds, heaters, coffins, scuti, ovals, rectangles, wankels, kites. . . and just about any other shape you can think of! Standard sized rounds are 26" in diameter, and if doming is desired about 3-4 inches of dome. All others are cut from 30"x 48" blanks, and can be curved to approximately 4"-5" of depth.
We can provide Flat shields made from .1" 5052 Aluminum, .09" 6061 Aluminum, or .070 6AL-4V Titanium.
Curved Shields can be provided in .1" 5052 Aluminum.
Domed Shields (roundshields only) are available in .1" 5052 Aluminum.
Shields
If a highly-durable and lightweight shield is desired, then an aluminum shield is what you're looking for, the 6061 will be thinner/lighter with the same strength as the 5052. (ask us about anodizing your heraldic device on the face of the shield!). And for the ultimate in performance. . . a titanium shield. . . a Performance Armour exclusive!

Manufactured from 1/4" mild steel barstock, and painted black to resist rust.
